ILP has been part of The Mandalorian journey since the very first season, so getting the chance to return for The Mandalorian and Grogu movie felt a little like coming home.
There's something special about being invited back to a world you've helped build over several years. We're incredibly grateful for the continued trust from our friends at Lucasfilm and proud of all the Pirates who have contributed along the way.
Over the years, we've been lucky to keep building on the work we've created for this universe. ILP had the opportunity to help bring Zeb Orrelios to life for season 3, and for the movie we got to take the character even further. Zeb appears in a much wider range of shots this time around, from action-packed sequences to quieter dialogue scenes where the team could really dig into more subtle facial animation and performance.
We also returned to the remote Rebel base on Adelphi, expanding the fully CG environment we created for Season 3. Several sequences take place around the base, including a particularly fun montage of Top Gun-style shots for the opening credits, giving the team a chance to really show off the environment in a series of full-CG shots.
